52 Week Photo Project - Week 22: Favorite Outfit

The best part about losing weight and getting into shape is going and buying new clothes!!! I know there are some of you out there that don't like to shop but sadly (for Jason) his wife LOVES to shop.  I love shopping for my girls, I love shopping for my boys and I LOVE shopping for me! Especially now. Well I have a big trip coming up and I needed some clothes that fit so I went shopping. I had a great time and was a little too successful. Here is a picture of one of my new outfits.

I have to tell you I am much more comfortable behind the camera. It was a real twist to be the one in front of the camera but I think it is really important that we have pictures of ourselves for our kids and posterity.

Now your turn to share your favorite outfit!

Next week's theme is "End of School Year." If you are not in school you can pick something that shows the transition from winter to summer.

52 Week Photo Project - Week 21: Something Pink

With 3 girls we have an excessive amount of pink at our house! I have a whole load of laundry that is primarily pink. That said my girls are not afraid to get dirty. Especially my oldest daughter. She was a crazy natural at riding dirt bikes and after only one lesson was looking way to comfortable zooming around the northern salt flats.

How did you capture this fabulously popular color? Post below ;)

Next week's theme is "Favorite Outfit" Hey you could even take a picture of yourself. I know crazy thought.

52 Week PHoto Project - Week 20: Mother

Happy Mother's Day!!!  Well here is a picture of my daily caus. Doesn't it look fun ;) I do love my kids but to be honest motherhood is overwhelming and can be very frustrating. It seems to be a two steps forward one step back sort of thing. At the time this picture was taken I was feeling pretty good about where things were at with my kids. They were all happy, I felt like my relationship with each one was at a positive point, all was well. By the end of the night that had all changed. There were tears, heated tempers and sad hearts. This motherhood thing is hard and I am constantly working at not reacting to situations. I had no idea what I was signing up for when I became a mother. Hopefully my kids will survive working with an ameauture mother.

Now your turn to share - it can be a picture of your mother, you or a woman that you admire.  Post below.

I was slow posting week 19: Bathroom but it is now available. Next week's theme is "Something Pink"

52 Week Photo Project - Week 19: Bathroom

Sorry folks for being behind. I am getting all caught up and hopefully will stay ahead of the game now that school is getting over and all the extra activities are wrapping up. I can't wait to see your creative Bathroom photos and I will get mine posted soon. ;)

Update: Ok this isn't my bathroom but this is the water fountain at the exploratorium in San Francisco. It is the "sip of conflict." The water from both the toilet drinking fountain and the traditional water fountain are the same but which do you feel comfortable drinking out of. I have to admit that I actually didn't drink the water. I couldn't handle the idea of drinking from a toilet.

Week 20's theme is "Mother"

52 Week Photo Project - Week 18: Bedtime

Oh the glorious time of day when all the wee ones are tucked into bed and I can have a few moments of peace and quiet before I too sercomb to exhaustion! If only getting to that glorious point wasn't such an event we would have it made!

Update: I finally added my picture. I found Allie downstairs cuddling with Brock while he slept. This just warmed my heart. Brock is such an amazing big brother! My girls are so lucky to have him.

Tell me about bedtime at your house. Add your link below or to the google+ community. Next week's theme is "Bathroom."
